Fairport Pediatrics has provided the highest quality of health care to this community for decades! We are committed to improving your child’s health from that special moment of birth through the college years and into young adulthood. We provide anticipatory guidance along the way and support your child through a spectrum of illness. Location

Fairport Pediatrics is conveniently located at 460 CrossKeys Office Park, Fairport, New York, which is on Route 31, Pittsford/Palmyra Road between Turk Hill Road and Route 250. Our office complex offers lab facilities and a radiology office.

Our regular operating hours are Monday through Friday 8 am – 4:30 pm. We are open on Saturday mornings for acute visits from 8 am – 11:30 am. It is important to note that whenever our office is closed, one of our doctors is always on call for emergencies.

We are privileged to be a pediatric office in Rochester serving patients from every town in Monroe, Wayne, and Ontario counties.
