Holly has been a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with Fairport Pediatrics since 1999. She completed her AAS degree as a Registered Nurse from Jefferson Community College in 1992. She worked as a pediatric oncology nurse at SUNY Health Services Center in Syracuse while completing her BSN. Holly received her Masters of Science in Nursing at the University of Rochester in 1999 and is licensed as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of New York. Holly is also a Certified Lactation Specialist receiving her certification from The Academy of Lactation Policy and Practice in 2006. Her professional interests include working with new parents with breastfeeding issues, nutrition education and weight management counseling for children of all ages, and adolescent preventative health care and counseling.
Holly lives in Fairport with her husband and two boys. During her free time she enjoys volunteering, running, exercising, and watching her boys play sports.
We know parents like to meet the pediatrician before committing to an office and we are happy to schedule a meet-the-doctor appointment so you have that opportunity and the ability to briefly discuss any concerns you may have.
Holly Terzo, Nurse Practitioner, is a Certified Lactation Counselor who completed training through The Center for Breastfeeding. Fairport Pediatrics is very proud to offer Holly’s expertise and advice to all our nursing mothers. Holly’s schedule includes allotted time for breast feeding related appointments, as well. Holly receives and returns phone calls daily to address any issues and/or concerns that arise during breastfeeding.
