Patrick Culhane is a dedicated Pediatric Nurse Practitioner who joined Fairport Pediatrics in June 2024 and currently works on a per diem basis. Growing up in Rochester, Chili to be specific, Patrick always had a passion for healthcare. He began his educational journey at Monroe Community College (MCC), where he earned his Associate’s Degree. He then pursued his nursing education at the University of Rochester, where he not only completed his Bachelor’s in Nursing but also went on to earn his Master’s degree, specializing as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
Patrick brings a wealth of experience to Fairport Pediatrics. Before joining the team, he worked as a Registered Nurse at Golisano Children’s Hospital and later in the Pediatric Emergency Department at Rochester General Hospital (RGH). Currently, he practices full-time at RGPA, where he continues to provide exceptional care to children. In 2022 Patrick received his board certification from the Pediatric Nursing Certification Board as a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatrics.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys hunting, fishing, and cycling. He lives in Rochester with his wife and three boys. Patrick is passionate about caring for children, especially those who are unwell, and takes great pride in making a positive impact on their health and well-being.
