Nurse Triage Calls

Our phone nurses take pride in alleviating your concerns over the phone. You may leave a message for a nurse at 223-6111, Option 7. Please leave the necessary information on the voicemail such as your name, your child’s name and date of birth, the telephone number where you may be reached and the reason for your call. Our nurses will call you to either set up an appointment or answer your concerns about your child.

Our physicians are busy seeing patients throughout the day. However, if you wish to speak with your physician directly, a message will be taken and the physician will call you as soon as he/she is available. In some instances, the physician will advise the nurse to call you and relay the necessary information. You can rest assured your call will be returned and your concerns will be take care of.

Our office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, closed for lunch between 12 pm and 1 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday office hours are 8 am to 11:30 am. We utilize a 24 hour answering service for your convenience and assurance that we can be reached at any time of day or night.
