Fairport Pediatrics believes in the benefits of regular preventive care and, therefore, encourages all of our patients to return for periodic wellness exams. Office exams are done more often if a medical condition warrants.
Full examinations are requested six times during the first year of life; three times during the second year; and annually from age two through high school. At the time of your visit, our staff will inquire about any changes in the patient’s overall health and any prescribed medications. Address, telephone number and insurance coverage will also be verified at each visit.

At Fairport Pediatrics, your child’s health and safety are our top priorities. To protect all our patients, we strictly adhere to the vaccination guidelines established by the CDC and AAP. While we respect your autonomy to decide what’s best for your family, we kindly ask that families who do not follow these vaccination recommendations seek alternative pediatric care. We appreciate your understanding and commitment to protecting our community’s health.
