If you feel you have an emergency during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am to 4:30 pm, Saturday 8am to 11:30am, and Sunday 9:30am to 11:30am) please call our main number at 585-223-6111 and press option “35”. Your call will be taken immediately.
If your child needs urgent medical attention that cannot wait, we advise you to call 911 immediately or take them to your nearest hospital.
We recognize that emergency situations arise when our office is closed and we will respond to your call as quickly as possible. Please call our 24 hour answering service at (585) 453-2233. The answering service will promptly forward your message to the physician on call who will return your call within one hour. It’s encouraged to have paper and pen ready when the doctor returns your call. This will help you remember the doctor’s instructions.
