If the need arises for your child to see a specialist, every effort will be made to refer you to a specialist who participates in your particular insurance plan. Our referral specialists will call your insurance company to obtain approval for your visit.
Please remember that we are your health care provider and cannot overrule any decision regarding coverage from your insurance company. The insurance company doesn’t make a determination as to what services you can or cannot have, however they do determine what services they will pay for under their plan.
